Somes Sound Residence

At Flying Ledge our challenge was to provide access and outdoor space for a modern home perched on a steep cliff with spectacular views over Somes Sound. LARK collaborated with Baird Architects on integrating their remodel of an existing pool deck. The estate required circulation and grading plans, integrating the new drives and entrances with the unique site with native granite and groundcovers.
